The solution features a collaborative authorisation process where different departments, such as Department 1 and Department 2, work together through a shared service centre. This centre acts as a service and case repository, enabling effective data sharing and business interface integration.
At the end of the process, notifications and certificates are issued through a unified notification system, ensuring timely and organised communication with applicants.
Digital Collaboration Platform Framework
Weaver showcased its Huawei Cloud / HCS integrated Digital Collaboration Platform, a cornerstone for improving communication and collaboration between government departments and agencies. This comprehensive solution is tailored to optimise government operations through integrated, customisable workflow applications.
At its core, the platform features multiple portals: company, personal, departmental, business intelligence and project portals, each tailored to efficiently serve different user groups. This layered approach ensures that different user groups can access the information and tools they need in the most efficient way.
The workflow applications layer provides a wide range of customisable tools designed to streamline various government functions such as human resources, expense and contract management, CRM, asset and project management, supplier/vendor management, administrative tasks and procurement.
Built on a low-code PaaS framework, the platform enables government agencies to rapidly develop and deploy applications to improve operational efficiency. The platform also supports seamless integration with various systems such as CRM, ERP, budgeting, HRMS, MES, LDAP/AAD and archives management systems. This ensures that all aspects of government operations are connected and can share data effortlessly.
This solution is accessible on desktop and mobile platforms and provides robust support for ECS, networking, storage, security, and SMS capabilities.
